OUR WINGS / DEPARTMENTS

Our Mission

Determined th create knowledge & wisdom with DIET being an apex institution & an instrument set for the said purpose.

Our Vision

The status of the teacher reflects the Socio-cultural ethos of a society:it is said that no people can rise above the level of its teachers. The government & the community should endeavour to create conditions which will help motivate & inspire the teachers on constructive & creative lines.Teachers should have the freedom to innovate, to devise appropriate methods of communication and activities relevant to the needs & capabilities of & concerns of the community.Teacher education is a continuous process & its pre-service & inservice components are inseparable.

Our Dimensions

Besides this with the launch of Herbal Garden Scheme, "A Venture Of Fragrance & Bloom In Schools", an herbal garden commemorating the memory of the great sufi saint who had lamented the verse "AN POSH TEL YEL VON POSH" named after him as "SHEIK-UL-ALAM HERBAL GARDEN" is underway. It is hoped that the vast expanse of the DIET premises will be put to use as a repository of the endangered herbs.
